Guestlist is still being built with the people who use it, so tell us. Signed in, the quickest way is Me → Feedback. Otherwise, email us:
Check your spam or junk folder first. Codes come from Guestlist and are six digits. If you asked for a few in a row, only the newest works; wait a minute and ask once more.
The code has to go to the address you signed up with. There are no passwords, so the code is the only way in.
Type the reference printed on your ticket and the last name of whoever bought it, as it was on the booking. A ticket can be claimed by one account only.
If it still doesn't match, send it anyway. It goes to a person who checks it by hand against the promoter's list, and you'll hear back either way. Tickets to a night that has already happened count too.
In the App Store app, turn them on from Me → Notifications. If you said no when your phone asked, go to your iPhone's Settings → Guestlist → Notifications.
In a browser on iPhone, add Guestlist to your home screen from Safari's Share button, open it from there, then turn notifications on from Me. iPhone only allows notifications for sites added this way.
Report or block them from their profile, an invitation, or your chat with them. Blocking is instant and they aren't told. A report goes to the ATNM moderators, who can suspend an account.
At the venue, tell any staff member or volunteer. They know the app exists and will pass it on. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
Me → Privacy & my data has a copy of everything we hold about you, and deletes your account. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
If you're in one of our event photos and want it taken down, tell us through Feedback or by email and we'll remove it.
