Terms

ATNM's Guestlist legal suite, version of 11 September 2026 (governing law corrected from the 10 September version): Part 1, Terms & Conditions, and Part 2, Code of Conduct. Parts 3 and 4, the Privacy Collection Notice and the Privacy Statement, are on the Privacy page.

1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Guestlist (the 'App'), an informal matchmaking and social-connection tool designed to help attendees of All Time No Money / Emo Ball events ('Events') meet other attendees before, during, and after an Event. Guestlist works by letting you say what you're after and matching you with someone who wants the same, so you can meet at a spot in the venue rather than through extended in-app messaging.

The App is made available by Zentropy Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 73 695 754 940) ('we', 'us', 'the Operator') in collaboration with All Time No Money and its event promoter, Chris Riordan ('the Event Promoter', ABN 67 913 964 549). 'Affiliate Events' means any event where a collaborating partner is involved (currently, Null.Kitten), or any other event which the Operator and Event Promoter agree, at their discretion, is appropriate to share safety-related information with, having regard to factors such as timing, the nature and seriousness of the conduct involved, and the relevance of the information to that event. This is not a fixed list and may grow or narrow over time as our collaborations change.

1.1 Eligibility and age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. This restriction exists independently of any Event's own minimum age policy and reflects the age-verification obligations that apply to social-media-like services under Australian law, including the Online Safety Amendment (Social Media Minimum Age) Act 2024.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that all information you provide, including your date of birth, is true and accurate. We reserve the right to request verification of your age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect a user is under 18.

Your age (but not your date of birth) may be displayed on your profile and used as a matching or filter preference, so other users can see and choose an age range they're comfortable connecting with. See clause 4.4 of the Privacy Statement for how this is handled.

1.2 Nature of the service

The App is an informal, event-linked social tool. It is not a professional dating or introduction agency, and we do not vet, background-check, or verify the identity, relationship status, intentions, or character of any user beyond the age-verification step described above.

Any decision to meet another user, in person or otherwise, is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend you take standard personal-safety precautions when meeting anyone you have connected with through the App, including meeting in public areas of the Event venue and telling a friend who you are meeting.

1.3 Acceptance of the Code of Conduct

Use of the App requires you to read, agree to, and comply with the Guestlist Code of Conduct set out in Part 2 of this document. The Code of Conduct is incorporated into, and forms part of, these Terms. A breach of the Code of Conduct is a breach of these Terms.

1.4 Account, access and event linkage

Access to the App may be linked to your attendance at, or ticket purchase for, an Event. We may require you to verify your Event ticket or attendance before granting or continuing access.

These Terms create a contract only with people who create an App account. If you attend an Event and are issued a door-list QR code or ticket reference without creating an App account, these Terms do not bind you and do not form a contract between you and us. A summary of these Terms, together with our Privacy Collection Notice, will be displayed in printed form at the venue door and made available within the App on the night of the Event, so that anyone whose basic door-list details we hold, even without an account, has been given a reasonable opportunity to know how that information is handled.

1.5 Acceptable use

In addition to the Code of Conduct, you agree not to:

  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or entity;
  • use the App for any commercial, promotional, or solicitation purpose;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy;
  • attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App or its underlying software;
  • use the App to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate another user.

1.6 Intellectual property

All software, source code, designs, branding, and underlying technology comprising the App are and remain the property of the Operator, except where otherwise agreed in writing between the Operator and the Event Promoter. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property in the App to any user, the Event Promoter, or any Affiliate Event.

1.7 Suspension, termination and bans

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Code of Conduct. Where a breach also raises a safety concern relevant to an Event or an Affiliate Event, we may take the steps described in clause 2.5 (Consequences) of the Code of Conduct and in the Privacy Statement, including notifying the relevant Event or Affiliate Event organisers and refusing or revoking entry.

1.8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and the Event Promoter exclude all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your interactions with other users, whether occurring on or off the App, including at any Event. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.9 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified within the App.

1.10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and of the State or Territory in which the relevant Event is held, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.

1.11 Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to alltimenomoney@gmail.com or booking@nullkitten.com.

2. Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to your use of Guestlist and to your conduct towards other users at any Event or Affiliate Event where the App is offered. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Code of Conduct as a condition of access.

2.1 Our expectations

We want Guestlist to be a fun, low-pressure way to meet people who share your taste in music and community. To keep it that way, everyone using the App agrees to:

  • treat other users with respect and basic courtesy, on the App and in person;
  • seek and respect clear consent — for conversation, for meeting up, for physical contact, and for photos or recordings;
  • respect a 'no' the first time it's given, without argument, pressure, or repeated contact;
  • use your own identity and photos — no impersonation, no catfishing, no fake profiles;
  • keep things legal — no drug dealing, no soliciting sex work, no harassment of venue staff or performers.

2.2 Zero-tolerance conduct

The following will result in immediate suspension pending review, and are likely to result in a permanent ban from the App, the Event, and Affiliate Events:

  • sexual harassment, unwanted sexual contact, or coercion;
  • threats, intimidation, or violence towards another user, staff member, or performer;
  • taking, sharing, or threatening to share intimate images of another person without their consent (this may also be reportable to eSafety under the Online Safety Act 2021 image-based abuse scheme, and to police);
  • targeting a user based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other protected attribute;
  • contacting a user who has asked, on or off the App, to no longer be contacted;
  • any conduct that would constitute a criminal offence.

2.3 Reporting

If another user's behaviour makes you uncomfortable or breaches this Code of Conduct, you can report it in-app, or by speaking to any staff member or volunteer at the venue, who will pass your report on to be dealt with. You can also email alltimenomoney@gmail.com or booking@nullkitten.com. Reports will be treated as confidentially as the safety of other attendees allows.

2.4 How we review reports

Reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, generally by whichever staff member or volunteer receives the report on the night, in consultation with the Event Promoter and/or Operator where needed. We may act on a report even without a formal complaint where we reasonably believe there is a safety risk, and we are not obliged to disclose our full reasoning to either party when doing so could compromise someone's safety or privacy.

2.5 Consequences

Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, we may take any of the following steps, alone or in combination:

  • a warning;
  • a caution recorded against your details, which may be taken into account if you seek to attend a future Event or Affiliate Event;
  • temporary suspension of your App account;
  • permanent ban from the App;
  • refusal of entry to, or removal from, an Event;
  • notifying the organisers of Affiliate Events of the breach, so that entry can also be refused there.

This last point matters, so we're upfront about it here and in our Privacy Statement: where your conduct breaches this Code of Conduct in a way that raises a genuine safety concern, we may disclose relevant details of that breach to the organisers of Affiliate Events, for the purpose of protecting attendees at those events. The Event Promoter may also keep their own record of people refused entry or cautioned at an Event. See 'Disclosure between events' in the Privacy Statement for how this works and what is and isn't shared.
